International Cordage
Geneerally,there are two main cordage types used in the world：
The American Wire Gauge(AWG) system used in North America, and the European Hatmonized types. In AWG system, the cordage is described in terms of wire gauge size such as 16 or 18 AWG while a Hamonized cordage is expressed by means of mm² (an l8 AWG conductor is comparable 0·75mm² )
